Cost

Rental and Cleaning Fees

One day is $800 a day + $100 Cleaning Fee

2-3 days is $600 a day + $100 Cleaning Fee

4-7 days is $525 a day + $100 Cleaning Fee

  • Each rental can hold up to 15 passengers comfortably at at time. 
  • Rentals include 200 miles per day; anything over 200 miles is $1 per mile.
  • Each rental will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Lessee must have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance before taking possession of the vehicle.

Payment Terms

  • The rental fee shall be paid in full prior to vehicle pickup.
  • Late fees of $800 per day shall apply for overdue returns.
  • Security deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle in the same condition, less any applicable deductions.

Condition & Return

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
  • Any excessive wear, damage, or missing parts will be charged to the Lessee.
  • Cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt or odors.
Permitted Use
  • The vehicle shall be used only for lawful purposes.
  • The Lessee shall not sublease, assign, or allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
  • The vehicle shall not be driven outside [Allowed Area or Mileage Restrictions] without prior consent.
Insurance and Liability
  • The Lessee shall maintain valid auto insurance covering rental liability, collision, and comprehensive damage.
  • Proof of insurance must be provided before taking possession of the vehicle.
  • Lessee assumes full responsibility for all damage, loss, theft, or mechanical failure caused by improper use.

  • Lessee shall immediately report any mechanical issues or accidents.

  • In case of an accident, Lessee must file a police report and notify Lessor within 24 hours.
